‘My STC’ application offers new privileges

STC enables customers to download, the updated version of ‘My STC’ application, on their smart devices powered by “iOS” and “Android” systems.
This will grant them the benefit of new, exclusive privileges, of providing customers with details of their phone usage and multiple SIM cards. in addition, it support the SAWA and widget services and the Android usage statistics.
All these features are part of the company’s strategy to enrich customers experience with added value services through one platform, which STC is distinguished to offer integrated telecom solutions from one source.

Al-Shaalani said the ‘My STC’ application, enables customers to control their accounts in the company, the home Jood bundles, viewing their qitaf points and redeeming it, along with bill usage, managing bundles and saving keys, mobile numbers and Internet data consumption.
It also allows, updating the account information such as, password, e-mail and main menu.
